Awaire collects minimal data. During activation, we collect your machine identifier and license key to enforce licensing limits.

Beyond the activation data above, Awaire is designed not to collect personal information, file names, or project content. We confirm data handling with each onboarded project during controlled validation.

Activation data is processed on our servers to validate licenses and enforce two-machine limits.

All processing is necessary for license enforcement and does not involve profiling or analytics.

Activation records are retained for the duration of your license plus 30 days.

After expiration, records are deleted within 90 days.
