Privacy Policy

Awaire collects minimal data. During activation, we collect your machine identifier and license key to enforce licensing limits. During controlled validation, support conversations may also include licensing diagnostics and project-specific setup details shared by the onboarded project.

Beyond activation and support data, Awaire is designed not to collect personal information, media content, or project content through licence validation. Configured watch-folder details are handled as part of project onboarding only when needed for setup or support. We confirm data handling with each onboarded project during controlled validation.

Activation data is processed on our servers to validate licenses and enforce two-machine limits. Support data shared during controlled validation is used for onboarding, licensing support, and diagnostics.

All processing is necessary for license enforcement and does not involve profiling or analytics.

Activation records are retained for the duration of your license plus 30 days.

After expiration, records are deleted within 90 days.
