2. Data We Collect

Forge does not collect media content, file names, or project data. Media never leaves your machine.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is necessary for contract performance and legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the licensing system.

5. Data Retention

License records are retained for the duration of the license and for a reasonable audit period thereafter.

6. Third Parties

Payments are processed by Stripe. Forge does not store full payment card details.

8. Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

1. Grant of License

Forge is licensed, not sold. A valid license grants use of the software for the purchased duration.

2. Activation

• • Each license permits activation on two machines.
• • Activations are enforced via the Forge License Authority.
• • Deactivation frees a slot immediately.
• • Offline validation tolerance: 30 days.

3. Duration

Licenses are duration-based. There are no feature tiers.

4. RAW Workflows

RAW processing requires DaVinci Resolve Studio, sold separately. Forge does not include or replace Resolve Studio.

5. Restrictions

• • No reverse engineering
• • No license sharing beyond permitted activations
• • No circumvention of activation systems

6. Termination

Licenses may be revoked in cases of abuse or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Forge is provided as-is. Awaire Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Updates

Updates may be provided during the active license period.
